The DeFelsko PosiTest AT-M 50 mm is a manual Pull-Off adhesion tester designed to determine the force required to separate a coating, paint system or bonded material from its substrate.

The 50 mm dolly configuration is particularly suitable for materials and systems with lower bond strength, including coatings on concrete, wood, plastic and other rigid substrates.

During testing, the dolly is bonded to the surface using a suitable adhesive. After curing, the actuator is connected to the dolly and the manual hydraulic pump applies a tensile load perpendicular to the surface until failure occurs or the specified test limit is reached.

The larger loading area is particularly suitable for materials, coatings and systems with lower bond strength.

Manual Hydraulic Pump
Allows smooth, progressive and controlled application of Pull-Off force during testing.

Pull Rate Indicator
Helps the operator manually monitor and adjust the rate of load application during the test.

Pull-Off Measurement

Internal Memory
Stores results for up to 200 Pull-Off tests, including relevant test information.

Data Transfer
Includes USB connectivity for communication with PosiSoft Desktop software and management of inspection results.
