The ISO 6 x 2 mm Cross-Cut Adhesion Test Kit is designed to evaluate the adhesion of paints and coatings using the cross-cut method in procedures related to ISO 2409.

During the test, the tool is used to make a series of parallel cuts through the dry coating. A second series of cuts is then made perpendicular to the first, creating a lattice pattern that allows the coating behavior to be visually evaluated.
