A DeFelsko PosiTector 6000 NAS – Cabled Probe for Anodized Aluminum (PRBNAS) is an electronic probe specially developed for non-destructive measurement of coatings on non-ferrous metals, with a focus on anodized aluminum.
Using the principle of correntes parasitas (eddy current), the NAS probe measures thicknesses in the range of 0 to 625 µm with high accuracy and repeatability, making it ideal for anodizing process control and quality inspections.
With constant pressure e hermetically sealed stainless-steel body, the probe is fully waterproof and suitable for field and laboratory use. It is compatible with PosiTector 6000 gauge bodies in Standard and Advanced versions and includes Calibration Certificate traceable to NIST or PTB (formato longo).
